Content

In this topic learning take place in a professional environment outside the university, for example in a construction firm, an advisory consultant office or a municipal or government office. The student must find the appropriate workplace on their own. The course aims to give students practical experience and the opportunity to immerse themselves in selected issues related to practice. It is assumed that - in cooperation with the student, workplace and lecturer - it is created a specified plan for how the subject shall be implemented and how supervision of the student will take place. The evaluation will normally be made on the basis of a report from the student, and it is assumed that the contents of the report will be agreed before the internship begins. The requirement to report can for example be that it contains a discussion of a further specified issue  related to business practices + documentation on the work performed + certified timesheets, but this shall be specified in each case.
