Learning outcome
After completed course the student will have
Knowledge about:
- how to facilitate for childrens’ curiosity and enjoyment of nature, and how to create an understanding for environmental diversity and uniqness.
- the significance of motion play, ecpecially risky play
Skills related to
- facilitating exploration of outdoor diversity
- facilitating various types of movement plays outdoor
General competence
- ability to plan and implement outdoor areas and local environment as play and learning arenas.
- ability to use and reflect upon the nature and the local environment as pedagogical space in working with children

Course assessment
There must be an early dialogue between the course supervisor, the student union representative and the students. The purpose is feedback from the students for changes and adjustments in the course for the current semester.In addition, a digital subject evaluation must be carried out at least every three years. Its purpose is to gather the students experiences with the course.
