Learning outcome

After the course, the candidate should have fundamental and specialised knowledge in the project topic. The candidate should fully understand the fundamentals of the used methods and the many aspects of analysis and interpretation. They should understand and be able to communicate the scientific and / or industrial importance of the project results - on a broader scale than the actual project topic.

Required prerequisite knowledge

Master degree in Petroleum Engineering

Recommended prerequisites

Completed courses at BSc or MSc level including specialisation tools or topics relevant for the PhD project. Alternatively or additionally, first-hand experience with these tools or topics is recommended.
