After this course the students will have knowledge of design and dimensioning of Watersupply and Sewage. This includes introduction to water, capacity analysis, drains design, and sewage.

Content

Water: water reserves, water quality, sources of supply, administration. Capacity analysis: Intake and distribution of water supply, materials, design, operation and maintenance. Drains design, and planning of drain and sewer systems, hydraulics of drains, design calculations, materials, design, operation and maintenance.

After this course the students will have knowledge of design and dimensioning of Watersupply and Sewage.

Final grade is a combination of written exam and the two compulsory assignments. Assignments will be graded A-F. Written exam counts for 50 % and the compulsory assignments counts for 50 %. Final grade is determined by lecturer.
