Knowledge: Know about the concepts presented in the course so that the student is able to take further courses in mathematics and physics required in the engineering degree.
Skills: The student will be able to structure, solve, document and present problems from the course content. They will also be able to interpret and evaluate solutions.
General competence: The student will see the use of concepts from mathematics as a tool for solving problems from both math and physics. They will see parallels between physics and math e.g., in the equations for movement.
