Course
Music Performance Studies - Jazz (VUA100J)
The course consists of several components related to the performance of the instrument. The work is based on the individual student's qualifications and skill level in relation to repertoire, improvisation, accompaniment and interaction. Genre-crossing activities may be relevant. Concerts and performances are a natural part of the course. The students' own practice weighs heavily, therefore exercises and working methods also form part of the course. Reference is made to the annual plans for the different sections for more detailed descriptions of content and work activities.
