Through theory, practical examples, and case studies, it provides insight into how to design meaningful experiences within the visitor industry from a customer journey perspective. The course also explores how different stakeholders in the visitor industry work with strategy, planning, and the design of physical, hybrid, and digital visitor experiences. An important part of the course is to demonstrate how different approaches to designing experiences from a customer journey perspective and various presentation formats can contribute to creating cohesive experience quality.
