Adferdsøkonomi (E-MBA200)

Først gis en innføring i sentrale atferdsøkonomiske begrep og emner. Deltakerne vil bli introdusert for økonomiske eksperimenter som viser på hvilken måte vi avviker fra rasjonell atferd og snever økonomisk egeninteresse. Deretter vises anvendelser innen HR, strategisk interaksjon og finans. Problemstillinger knyttet til ledelse, insentiver, motivasjon og prestasjonsevaluering vil bli belyst ved hjelp av nyere atferdsøkonomisk forskning. Deltakerne får også innsikt i hvordan psykologiske mekanismer påvirker strategiske beslutninger, investeringsbeslutninger, risikoavveninger og adferd i finansmarkedene.

Etter fullført emne i atferdsøkonomi skal deltakerne:

• Ha et bedre grunnlag for å ta økonomiske beslutninger.
• Forstå samspillet mellom økonomiske incentiver og andre motivasjonsfaktorer.
• Forstå hvordan samspillet mellom psykologiske og økonomiske faktorer kan forklare atferd på arbeidsplassen og i markedene.

Emnet er på mastergradsnivå og er åpent for studenter med bachelorutdanning eller tilsvarende treårig høyskole/-universitetsutdanning, og minimum to års relevant yrkeserfaring. Realkompetanse kan kompensere for manglende studiekompetanse.

Utenlandske søkere må dokumentere norskkunnskaper i henhold til NOKUT sitt regelverk.
